Abby serves as general counsel to Lobby Capital and August Capital, managing the firms’ legal affairs including investments, regulatory compliance, and operations. Abby began her legal career as a corporate attorney at Gunderson Dettmer, where she represented startups and venture capital firms on a broad range of corporate, securities law, and other business issues. Abby has a J.D. from the University of California Hastings College of the Law and a B.A. from Duke University. She lives in the Sierra Nevada foothills with her husband and three children.
